Step 1 – Guiding you from your Requirements
To provide the best product for your application, we need some information about the application’s environment (outdoor, type of enclosure, temperature of use, humidity…) and the PC requirements (software used, security, processing performance, mobile computing, graphics, storage, RAID, connections…). Our project managers will ask many questions to fine-tune your needs and find a PC that is right for you.

Step 2 – Technical Expertise
Our project managers work hand in hand with our team of product and application engineers who will take the lead when it gets very technical! Our engineers can help you with technical enquiries (for example disabling USB ports, guiding you deploying your system) as well as software compatibility and external devices testing (modems, cameras, temperatures, etc.). Ask our project manager first!

Step 3 – Evaluation Time
We recommend our customers to test their PCs in real-time environment: it means temperatures, power consumption, software and hardware… and all key elements that need to be validated before deploying the project. Don’t rush! It is the best way to spot all critical points before deploying your project(s). It will also give you room to optimise your system(s). Our engineers will be there if needed.
Step 4 – Support & Customer Services
Once your project is up and running, our team keeps accompanying you: we offer a 5-year warranty to our B2B customers with a full customer service from administration to technical support.
This customer service includes product updates and expertise about new project(s) as well as deliveries, invoices or despatch notes. You can also ask for call-off orders to facilitate large volume orders. Our technical support platform offers documents, driver updates and FAQs in free access for our customers. It is also in this platform that you can raise technical tickets.
