Our Support System
Use our support system to see our documents related to installations and settings (Drivers Downloads, Linux Installations…) or our technical solutions about Troubleshooting and Bios Update.
You can raise a ticket and our technical team will come back as soon as they can. To do so, please create an account. It will enable you to raise several tickets and track their progress. Follow these three quick steps:
1-enter your name, email and phone number
2-click on the activation link sent to your inbox
3-choose a password….
That’s it, you can then create a new support ticket!
Then you just need to sign in to see your open ticket, its progress and raise any new ticket.
