Fitlet2 is the best engineered IoT PC in the market. This FitPC2 successor is built around Atom E3900 Apollo Lake processors which have been especially developed by Intel for industrial IoT applications. They bring improved data communications and faster processing tasks thanks to 64-bit quad-core CPU performance (E3950) in a case as small as 112 X 84 X 34 mm.

On top of this, you add rich customisable connectivity and best-in-class reliability and you get the perfect micro-sized PC for fire alarm systems, building security, remote diagnosis, predictive maintenance or fleet monitoring.

Intel Atom Apollo Lake or Celeron Processors

The CPU at the heart of the PC is crucial. We offer you quality and flexibility with 3 types of processors. For fast data communications and processing needs, two quad-core processors are available. The E3950 is based on the Intel® Atom™ Processor x7 Series with 4 cores, a CPU speed range of 1.6 to 2 GHz and low power consumption from 5W. A processing performance  that not long ago could not be fitted in such a small passively-cooled footprint due to higher power consumption!

Alternatively, the J3455 comes with the Intel® Celeron® Processor J Series, also has 4 cores, a CPU speed range of 1.5 to 2.3 GHz. For low processing performance requirements, a dual-core Intel® Atom™ Processor x5 Series option (with E3930) is available on demand. All models come with outstanding graphics capabilities through the Intel® HD Graphics 505/500 processors.
 


 24/7 Reliability & Energy-Efficiency

With no moving parts, Fanless technology ensures the best resistance to cold or dusty environments. However, thermal design has been enhanced with new cooling fins and built-in heat sink, enabling the PC to support a wider operating temperatures range of between -40 and +85 deg C.

Energy efficiency has been improved with a low power consumption of 5W-15W (depending on CPU type, system load, devices and peripherals). We can help you test and estimate power consumption and CPU TDP configuration. Thanks to M.2 mSATA, note that the booting time and the energy efficiency of the storage have improved. Selectable power source (15-36V) is also available.

Rich Standard Connectivity, Expandable via FACET

Versatility is impressive on Fitlet2. Standard connectivity already packs comprehensible features with dual Ethernet ports, dual 4K video outputs (appreciable for CCTV and inspection applications), 1x microSD card slot, 1x serial port, 2 GPIO LED, 2x USB 3.0 ports and 2x USB 2.0 ports.

On top of that, the Function And Connectivity T-card (or FACET card) provides further customisation choices such as additional dual Gbit Ethernet, 4 extra USB 2.0 ports, simultaneous cellular modem and WI-FI/BT, enabling customers to configure the Fanless PC for their specific needs.

Extended Memory, Latest M.2 Storage

RAM options go from 2GB to 16GB. Don’t be surprised to find 16GB. Intel has introduced Atom E3900 Apollo Lake Processors with a maximum memory capacity of 8GB but we have successfully tested in the lab with 16GB ram and will offer this option to you. This is very impressive for a form factor this small, and against all other PCs with x7 E3950 or J3455 in the market, like the NUC version, which are commercialised with up to 8GB.

Note that, with latest storage technology (M.2 mSATA), the booting time and the energy efficiency of the storage have improved.
